This spring, the Bombay Sapphire Gin Garden is taking over Watsons Bay Beach Club every Saturday in celebration of the warmer weather, fresh seafood and the premium gins handpicked botanicals.
Enjoy a delicious range of Bombay Sapphire tonic twists and premium Star of Bombay Gin & Tonics, as well as fresh oysters dressed with Bombay Sapphire granita and botanicals. Fresh Oysters + Bombay Sapphire Gin – We can’t think of a better combination on a beautiful sunny afternoon in Beach Club!
We have two different but equally as delicious gin & tonic twists on offer – Strawberry & cracked pepper and Grapefruit & thyme. Both built over ice in a wine glass and topped with tonic and garnish – these two cocktails are refreshing, delicious and very Instagram friendly! Infusing gin with fresh fruit creates an exciting flavour sensation and puts a new twist on the classic G&T.
For those who can’t part from the classic Gin & Tonic, we will also be serving the traditional G&T made with the premium Star of Bombay gin, whose quality and botanical infusion adds a new dimension. This classic will be served over ice with an orange twist, adding a citrus edge, thoroughly enjoyed by all.
An exciting addition to the Bombay Sapphire Gin Garden will be the freshly shucked oysters on offer as part of a Gin & Oyster deal. The fresh oysters will come with a tonic twist granita garnish. Gin and oysters are a perfect pairing.

In a chilled wine glass, add Bombay Sapphire, sliced strawberries and freshly cracked black pepper
Stir to infuse the flavours
Add ice, top with tonic, and give it another stir
